Trip to an awesome Quilt Shop in Oakfield, WI!

Decided to take a little road trip to a quilt shop in Oakfield, WI about an hour from my house and then go on a hike at High Cliff State Park up near Appleton, WI.

Donna is the owner and founder of this shop. She is a Pfaff Exclusive dealer and is the only one in the state of Wisconsin that is Exclusive to Pfaff. There are only a few Pfaff dealers left in Wisconsin and she really is the best. Her fabric selection is mostly Moda yardage and precuts along with Robert Kaufmann and other fabric companies. It’s always fun to connect with your dealers since they are the ones the are your best support when it comes to quilting, sewing and machine operation. They also give you the best deals. Since I’m mostly a Bernina quilter nowadays, my dealer in Elm Grove is Bigsby’s and I love them so much. But I was a Pfaff enthusiast for over 22 years and still will pull out my old Pfaff’s to sew on. When that special day happens, I might find myself getting the Pfaff Icon 2, but it’s way out of my price comfort. LOL….
