Enjoy Your Day Card Making Tutorial
It has been over a year since I filmed a card making tutorial for my YouTube channel The Quilting Camper. With the new Spring Mini Stampin’ Up! Catalog this season, Blueberry Bunches was such a cute and unique stamp set, I had to make a card making tutorial for it.
This is a fast and easy card to make and making two at a time goes quicker. What I love about this card is you can use any two color card stock combinations with matching Ink Pads/Stampin’ Blends just to change it up. Use up a color that you want to phase out in your collection, to make room for the new colors coming out in May of 2024!
It features an easy blending line art stamped image of a blueberry bunch. If you don’t use stampin’ blends, you can use Copic markers too. I also featured some texture with an embossing folder called strips and splatters. I used the splatters folder just to add texture since there wasn’t a matching designer series paper to pair with this set. The ribbon just brings more life to the card with the gold metalic thread woven with the Pretty Peacock color. I used a frame-lit die to cut out the banner from the Stylish Shapes bundle, but you can just hand cut it with a paper snips. Thick card stock in Basic White is the base to bring the card together. Pop it up with Stampin’ Dimensional adhesive. I like stand cards, cause it’s like a framed stand for the card front.
I hope you enjoy the video! I had fun making it cause it was different from other videos I filmed through out last year. In the comments below, let me know if card making videos still interest you. I’d love to know! The videos take a little more planning and editing, but I can make more if you’d like.
